- Develop, implement and administer the organization’s rewards and benefit policies and practices such as salaries, bonuses, medical coverage and pensions.
Skills
- Relevant university degree.
- Post Graduate studies are preferable.
- 5 years experience in compensation and benefits related function in an industrial environment
- Solid experience and expertise in critical compensation and benefits functions, such as performance management, job evaluation, salary adjustment, sales incentive design, etc.
- Experience with multinational companies in Egypt
