Our client is a leading name within Saudi Arabia and aims to set up modern residential communities with integrated facilities in KSA.
KEY DUTIES:
• Answer telephone and email enquiries in an efficient manner, liaising with others and disseminating information as appropriate
• Coordinate diary and travel arrangements, correspondence, appointments, chasing deadlines and filing
• Maintain an efficient record-keeping & filing system
• Ensure protection and security of files and records
• Management of information for management reports and meetings
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes
• Adhere to standards and procedures
• Maintain an effective relationship with all stakeholders and customers
• Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of all office support operations & deliverables
• Perform other related duties as & when deemed necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of:
► Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related degree
► A minimum of 3 years of related experience
► Must be a professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character.
► Fluent in English
BENEFITS:
Tax free earnings up to 5k SAR per month/ $16K USD per annum
