Provide end-to-end service to Halliburton Personal Computer users by joining us as a Desktop Technician II. You configure, install and repair PC hardware according to form. Through consultation with the end user, you determine and design the best route for data flow. Assist in the setup of individual units and see to it that safety standards and software licensing procedures are adhered to. Monitor trouble tickets and coordinate the need with the appropriate vendors for equipment repairs, when necessary, and help guide the desktop support teams on hardware-related issues.
An A+ certificate or equivalent work experience and minimum of two years experience in a PC-related field, including hardware configuration are required.
