Description : Administering policies and programs related to staffing, compensation, training, and employee relations. The constant quest for improvement leads the Senior HR Generalist to regularly come up with programs and methodology designed to help make the department run more efficiently and increase productivity. If job role is international, responsibilities may include expatriate administration, orientation, mobilization activities and special projects. Minimum requirements for the position include a degree in human resources management, business administration, business management, industrial relations, organizational behavior, or a similar discipline. Qualified applicants will have an HR professional certification or membership by exam qualification or experience as determined by local guidelines. Experience in Human Resources, including experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, staffing, international HR, HR development and/or employee relations is also required.
