Job description / Role
Our client a Multinational Manufacturer is currently hiring Production Manager with responsibility to control the production cycle for achieving the highest level of productivity, Responsible for managing and directing production activities within the production line assigned. Coordinates the production of heaters, ensures machines are repaired and running smoothly, and manages workers on production line.
Requirements
Candidate should have credibility when interacting with internal contacts, he should be able to demonstrate leadership and should have the ability to communicate and influence at a strategic level as well as manage employees. S/He should also have extensive experience working in the manufacturing industry and proven record of hands on mentality of operations.
