Training Specialist

Job description / Role

DESCRIPTION 

- To train all employees in both technical and soft skills training.
- Perform training need analysis as and when required by the organization.
- Prepare and comply with the training calendar. Ensure accurate database of trainees and training sessions.

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 

- Familiar with business software such as Microsoft Office, excel, power point and Access
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English Languages; both written and verbal
- The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure
- Creative
- Influential
- Risk management
- Planning & organizing
- Analyst
- Teamwork

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

- Graduate in Human Resources or Business Administration or relevant
- Minimum two years relevant experience
- Training certifications in relevant industry is a plus
